Help & setup
Live in 4 steps
Here is how you connect your marketplaces and get going.
1. Connect BrickLink access
Studloop uses the BrickLink Store API with fixed OAuth tokens.
- Log in to BrickLink and go to Account → API → Access Tokens.
- Register a token for your IP (or leave the IP field empty to allow anywhere).
- You will get a Consumer Key/Secret and Token/Token Secret.
- Paste those four into Studloop under Onboarding → BrickLink and click "test connection".
2. Connect BrickOwl access
BrickOwl uses a single API key.
- On BrickOwl, go to My BrickOwl → API Keys.
- Create a key with read access to orders and write access to inventory.
- Paste the key into Studloop under Onboarding → BrickOwl and test the connection.
3. Company details & inventory
Fill in your company and VAT details (for the invoices) and import your existing inventory. Studloop matches the parts across platforms automatically through the LEGO element database.
4. Turn on sync (go live)
Check that your inventory lines up across both platforms. Then turn on live sync. From that moment a sale on one platform automatically deducts on the other. Until you switch this on everything stays a simulation, so you can test safely.
